Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery estimates are calculated from the time your order ships, not from the time you place your order.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. (Available for an additional fee)

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
  • For orders under $50 USD, standard shipping rates will apply based on the weight and destination of your package.
  • Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to selected regions. Currently, we ship to the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).

  • International Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen shipping method.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Kaufmann is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
  • International Delivery Estimates: Can vary significantly based on destination and customs processing. Please allow 7-21 business days for international standard shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Kaufmann is responsible for your package until it reaches the shipping carrier. Once the package is in the carrier’s hands, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage to the item and packaging.
